Theme Design Studio's newest discipline brings our approach — material honesty, spatial clarity, and a commitment to detail — to campuses, healthcare facilities and civic spaces built to be inhabited by communities, not individuals.

As with every discipline at the studio, institutional projects are developed alongside our in-house architecture, interiors and project management teams, so a single design language carries from master plan to the smallest handrail.
